Allison Janney bio

Allison Brooks Janney, an American actress. She is well-known for her performance on the stage and on screen, she has received various accolades including her own Academy Award a British Academy Film Award and a Golden Globe Award and seven Primetime Emmy Awards, in addition to nominations for two Tony Awards. Allison Janney rose to fame after nearly twenty years playing regional stage productions. The role she played in the role of White House press secretary C.J. quickly became a hit. Gregg C.J. Gregg in The West Wing (1999-2006) the acclaimed and popular TV show. Allison Janney was always a late to the party. In Ohio where she graduated, she obtained her license one year later in comparison to the other students. Her first time out on a date was while she was at the University. The auditions began at age 23 but didn't make her debut on screen until the mid-30s, despite having been an ongoing character since. In the beginning, Faris stated that she would be leaving to pursue other opportunities, however, she's now revealing more about what made her take a break from acting it wasn't really a conscious choice at the time. Janney is a regular on the show and has always had a wig on. Fallon added, "So, now everybody knows that Janney has worn the wig on her show since it began. Janney plans to keep her wig as to keep as a souvenir. In the first season of her show, Janney made anywhere from $125,000 to $250,000 per episode. In the third and forth season, her co-star Allison Janey was earning an approximate $200,000 for each show.
