Jo Lindner is a German bodybuilder and social media influencer. Jo was most well-known for his fitness-related tips, tricks and routines on his Instagram. Jo died in 2023, aged 30 suffering from an Aneurysm. The neck pain of Jo was present just moments before he succumbed. Noel Deyzel (a fellow bodybuilder) confirmed his death via posting on Instagram. His then girlfriend Nicha was also on the same page.
